Pickups are a typical American vehicle. TBH they make a lotta sense in India where people risk their lives balancing luggage/random objects on weak sub-200cc motorcycles and scooters. Of course price is a major reason people here prefer two wheelers but I really hope car companies release reliable pickup trucks in India. If I’m not mistaken Isuzu is the only company so far that has pickups here that are somewhat interesting. Everything else is purely utilitarian, commercial vehicles by local companies. ...and yes I hope we get the Tacoma here too.
