It's color was like red wine. This Avalanche represents the dumbest purchase I ever made. I had an Impala that was in great shape, reliable, etc. which I traded in for this Avalanche, which as it turned out to have been in five prior accidents and cost me alot of money just to try to keep up with the problems. I had it for a year (almost exactly) and was able to dump it for the Malibu.
