Owned since 2000
The year 2000 found me longing for something more exciting than the leisurely pace of an old Cadillac as my primary vehicle. Fortunately, a nearby specialty dealership was serving up tasty Corvettes of all varieties. A '95 coupe in Bright Aqua just like the one pictured kept tugging at my sleeve, so I relented and took her home. A base LT1, an automatic, basic seats (which I prefer to the sport seats) and only a tinted roof panel (I didn't want the painted one). Oh, the fun we had! Too soon, another inattentive SUV driver smashed her from behind, shattering her rear tub and my heart. 😢

You owned a vette?
I did! It was great fun if you don't mind the awful interior build quality or near-constant speeding tickets. 🙄😉😄
Ha! I can definitely see the speeding part
love the color
Me, too! It was really pretty in the sunlight.
I really like these! They are pretty affordable too
The C4 has always been my favorite. The interior is expectedly awful—cheap materials and poor fit—but I'd have another in a heartbeat. 😊
I have to say the C4 is my favourite too.
Damn man!! That sucks. Funny enough Eddie. I get the most tailgaters driving my ‘95. I would be absolutely heartbroken if that were to happen. Hopefully not since inattentive drivers increase every year and I drive it often.🤞🏼
I actually had two bad wrecks in the Corvette. In the first, a guy blazed a stop sign and took off most of the front end before driving away in what was left of his Ford Ranger. The repair bill was almost $20k but the car was as good as new after. The...

Thanks, Zakk! I really liked it!
