I'm out and still alive, another stent inserted though for the swelling! apparently I must have peed the stone out! coolio... will be out of hospital in an hour so I can bw back on the pc to upload some more wonderful stuff for all you lucky people lol

Apparently I have to cut down on meat and salt...to prevent another naughty stone occurring
