Too bad that the ground clearance gains afforded by the portal hubs are partially negated by those afterthought retractable side steps. Even when retracted, they look like they hang down at least 6 inches lower than the diffs and skids.
The rear seats look absolutely comfortable, but they're right over the rear axle. Lets see how comfortable rear seat passengers are in 1 year. In moving those seats back any practicality in carrying any luggage is gone, not even a rack over the short roof. So it's a 700K toy for those who only wish to day trip in their SUV? I hope MB have the good sense to sell a matching trailer for anyone who wishes to carry a suitcase. And yes it has the biturbo v12 and all of the typical MB toys and goodies. But if you're going for exclusivity shouldn't a supercharged v8 or a sourced diesel V12 be under the hood? Live TV? Locking safes? Look cool concept and toy for those who already are bored with their Lamborghini's and Ferrari's. For the rest of us 99%ers it makes no sense whatsoever. Besides I can pick up a used G500 for next to nothing and convert it to near those specs for about 25K. Good Luck with that new toy MB.
