Practicality is not just passenger space, cup holders and a big boot.
While this looks nice, it would constantly ground itself unless you only drove it on a perfectly flat laminated floor.
As this would be undriveable on my favourite roads (i.e. public roads surfaced with tarmac) it is as much use as a condom machine in the Vatican.
10/10 as a functionless styling exercise.
1/10 as a car.
