  • I think the while it’s clear the spirit and letter of the contract has been violated, but in a way, who cares? Is it really enforceable? Ford no longer owns the car, it’s John’s 500k, he needs it, the end.

  • if he paid 500k for a car, it belongs to him. so he should be able to do whatever he wants with it.

    • Apparently in the 'contract' when purchasing the car, there's a section saying that you can't sell the car within 24 months of owning the car. He maybe in trouble because of this.
