What you get paid is a simple function of how replaceable you are. The more irreplaceable you are the more you get paid. Thats why a quarterback in the NFL gets paid $20M a year, there's only maybe 20 other people in the entire world that can do what he does at that level. Same goes for tv personalities like Jeremy. Not a whole lot of people that can do what he does as well as he does it. You have to pay top dollar for top talent.
Exactly. Some family members couldn't believe how much Jordan Spieth got paid for Open win, I told them to work as hard as he did to become that good at golf and you can make that much too.
