HUAWEI was about to beat Samsung on the smartphones market and become the largest smartphone manufacturer in the world if the US wouldn't have hit them with the software ban. Yes, we will buy them. NIO EV's are already available in Europe (Norway)
Honestly, I hope we never do buy them!
