A "sporty" Civic can exist alongside a track-worthy si version and still have respectable performance. It's a hit. Not all of us want track-day cars. I'm 54 not 24.
I'm glad I didn't buy a 2021 SI, All the dealers in southern Wisconsin wanted to charge 6k over list. I ended up with a Tacoma that I've wanted for years anyway. I'm glad that I never have a reason to go to a honda dealer again.

Exterior looks a lot better
Drove a 1.5 today. Absolute beast of a daily.
Looks like an Audi except for the front. I like the dash.
A sporty Civic (just not as sporty as an si): hit or miss? @tribe

"...dealers in southern Wisconsin wanted to charge 6k over list...".
Why?
It's not exactly the latest-and-greatest Ford Mustang.
