Id do it a bit differently, I agree that the turn 10 is just stupid and would ruin anything wheel to wheel, but also the chicane does. Chicanes are what track designers use when they cant be bothered to make an interesting corner, they ruin racing as well because whoever is on the inside just pushes the other guy off the track and it gets very messy. The following complex I also think is very good, it's a high speed corner that tightens up, so it's very difficult to navigate correctly and encourages lock ups and mistakes. The hairpin you drew seems just a bit boring, id make it more open then yours, but still more acute than Tilke's. Id also open up the 21-22 section to mske it near flat out, whereas you've made it much tighter but still large radius, something that creates buckets of dirty air. Id also tighten up the following corner because 90° corners aren't very good for overtaking, modern f1 cars don't slow down enough they apex too early to go wheel to wheel, so more acute slows the cars down and gets them wheel to wheel. The following corner is good because it gives the cars another chance to go wheel to wheel, and then it switches back the apex, but id round out the corner as opposed to tilke's Mickey mouse section.
I disagree about the chicane - I've broken up what would've been a ridiculously long flat out section with an overtaking zone, which could then be fought back into the hairpin. Your version, whilst would be fun to drive, would be bad for...
Overtaking into the final hairpin isn't the goal necessarily, if you hadnt gotten somewhat side by side by the t28 area it wasn't gonna happen that lap. The goal is to allow a wheel to wheel battle to continue going if it did reach that area of...

Your version actually looks good mate.
Thank you, glad you like it :)
If they would add it to the calendar for 2023, it'll be a pain to race there (Chaos coming up!)
By the way here's my redesign
