Of course you should still have a licence! If it malfuctions, you'll still need to know how to take control and how the road system works. Robotics are amazing, but essentially, until AI becomes smart enough to fix it's own issues, a human touch is going to be needed.

Second that Sussex Vixen...until they make them tamper proof and without steering wheels....
One would hope that at that point, AI would be developed enough not to need us!

You can bet that there will be still road rage because the system has been giving preference to other cars, we just can't help ourselves.
