  • I’m going to comment, but only to explain my stance. Mr May is an introduction to them, then when you get near them you realise how good of a deal they are. Then if you end up working on them (I have as a Renault/Dacia mechanic), you realise they are very reliable, very easy to work on, and the engine sits with plenty of space in the engine bay (giving plenty of room to work). Right now, off the top of my head, I can think of 2 common problems with Sanderos (the horn button breaks on the pre-facelift second generation ones, and there’s 2 little DPF pipes that split on the back of the engines on a diesels (a common problem with all 1.5 litre K9K Diesel engines of the era, but easier to sort out on the Dacias because of the space around the engine))

  • I love Dacia more than

In todays world. That they can bring such stylish, practical, no nonsense family cars to the market at such prices is astonishing, and is a fantastic engineering achievement.

    Any doubts? See Ford Ecosport.
