He drives a car and gets paid bloody well for it, just to entertain people and you think he should be knighted for it!!! The people that deserves knighthoods are people like Nurses working for £25000 a year and long hours just so you can have a comfortable stay in hospital, and Firefighters who wrist life and limb to save people from death and save their property for not much more than nurses. I have a licence to ride a bike, drive a car and drive HGV1's. Does that mean i should be knighted just because i can drive!!!! I think not!!!
Definitely, even if it’s just to mess with the race commentators who’d have to call him Sir Lewis Hamilton every time they mention him instead of just ‘Lewis’ or ‘Hamilton’. “So, it’s currently Sir Lewis Hamilton leading, followed by Vettel, Bottas and Verstappen” :)

Knighthoods no longer have any worth in our society, too political & trying to be popular with the masses rather than based on your life achievements.
