The Scottish Hillrally Club have announced that they are planning to run a Perthshire Scottish Hillrally once more in 2018. The Perthshire was the last great 'proper' Hillrally complete with multiple venues and road sections, it is great news that it will be back soon. Better make sure your cars are road legal!
