Im quite happy with them but i think manufacturers are getting bored of trying to improve them because its almost like they feel theyre there at the best of it with them.
It's cool if you like it and want it in your car, but I should be able to buy the car I want without these features which in my opinion detract from the driving experience.
When more lives are sacrificed and collateral damages sustained by distracted driving due to interactions with poorly implemented touchscreen infotainment systems as well as dependency of unnecessary driving assistance features, relevant safety legislations will be imposed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is the argument I’ve been making against large infotainment screens for years.

And they are so very far from being done properly
It's cool if you like it and want it in your car, but I should be able to buy the car I want without these features which in my opinion detract from the driving experience.
What would be great is if you could just turn it off and on like some cars offer.
