He is a real "professional rookie", he was spending a lot of time with his engineers, and helped his mechanics. He is a very kind guy, all the journalists (as it was a test behind closed doors, no fans were let in) who bumped into him -and Mick had time- could take a photo with him. I was alone when I met him in the paddock after one of the test days when he had nothing important job left, and as I was alone, there was no one to take a photo for me (and I didn't want a selfie), I've just signed my 2 photos with him. He was very kind, smiling, and thanked my wishes.
Of course no journalists were allowed to make an interview with him, but if you want a photo or an autograph, he kindly cooperates in it. He is as great with his fans as his father!
(I also met Nelson Piquet there, and it's not just special because he is a 3 times F1 WDC, but he was also Michael's teammate for a few races in 1991 at Benetton.)
There is a lot of pressure on him so I'm glad to hear he is still down to earth and friendly. I wish him all the luck in the world and hope he is as successful in his racing career as his Father.
