This is a really tough question. Honda look like they are finally getting their act together, but it's taken them years to get to this point - who knows how long (or even IF) they will be able to take the next step up to true competitiveness with Merc/Ferrari? On the other hand, you'd have to back Renault to get back there. They know what it takes. Very tricky.
