      1925 Chevrolet Model K Superior

      The Chevrolet Superior was launched in 1923, with a different series being released for each year until 1927. 1923 was the Series B, 1924 was the Series F, 1925 the Series K, and in 1926 the Superior was known as the Series V. In 1927 the Superior was replaced by the Series AA Capitol.

      The Superior was powered by an in-line 4-cylinder of 171ci (2.8 Litres), mated to a 3-speed manual gearbox.

      The chassis was shared with other GM lines including Cadillac, Buick, Oldsmobile and Oakland.

      In 1926 prices started at US$510 for the Roadster, whilst the Superior Sedan sold for US$825.

      You coould also buy a Commercial chassis for $425, or an Express Truck chassis for $525. Roll your own Chev!
