1928 Ford Model A Roadster Hot Rod

Here's ANOTHER old-school Hot Rod with a Flathead 4-cylinder! They're EVERYWHERE, it seems :)

Interesting point on this one is that engine has a huge "Repco-Power" badge on it. Repco is an Australian company that used to do a lot of engineering, rebuilds, race engines etc, so I can but assume that at some time they rebuilt this one, probably warmed it up a bit...

  • Looks like the one from yesterday and this one both have club plaques from the same club. That's a pretty neat car club! Another great looking roadster!

    • There were a few clubs that grouped their cars together, as you'd expect. Some had quite a variety of cars, others had a bit of a pattern or theme.. I really love the roadsters, but they don't look all that safe to me :)

    • I'd say that you'd be hard pressed to get much over 70MPH in them and not for a very long time. It's more likely you'd get hit by another driver before the car ever hurt you!
