1937 Bentley Park Ward
Photographed at Australia's National Motor Museum, Birdwood, South Australia
A Bit about this Beautiful Bentley!
This Bentley has a history!
It was bought new in 1937 by Mr Stanley Hailwood, the father of motorcycling legend Mike Hailwood.
The vehicle was subsequently sold to one of the heirs of the Tetley Tea empire - Can't get much more British than THAT!
After that it was exported to the U.S., and finally made it's way to Australia - A very well-travelled Bentley!
The engine is a 3.5 Litre In-line 6 Cylinder mated to a 4-speed Manual gearbox.
