Riley manufactured bicycles and cars in Britain from 1890 until they merged with British Leyland in 1968, and production ceased shortly thereafter.
Which is a bit of a shame really, because Riley made some lovely cars, like the 1951 RMB shown here.
With a 2.5 Litre 4-cylinder engine adorned with twin SU carburettors and 100hp,. the RMB was capable of 90 mph.
When released in 1949, the RMB cost £1224 including taxes.
