I only got a couple of (half-decent) pictures of this VERY Cool little car :(

It's a Goggomobil Dart, built in Australia in 1957 by Sydney company Buckle Motors.

The Dart was based on the chassis and mechanicals of the German Goggomobil microcar, and had a completely fibreglass body.

Weighing in at only 345kg, the Dart was available with an economical 300cc motor, or a big-block 400cc. Both engines were a rear-mounted 2-cylinder 2-stroke .

Supposedly there is a small luggage compartment in the nose.

Around 700 were built before production ceased in September 1961.

The Goggomobil (but NOT the Dart!) was used in a very famous TV commercial, which pretty much destroyed the career of the actor by type-casting him into that role.
