      • I think, in this case, it has to do with the paint job. That's not a factory color or scheme. For years every area in the US had a GM dealership that would do custom paint, interior, body kits, engine work, suspension work to new cars. In my area it was a dealership in Chattanooga, Tennessee called Choo Choo Customs. I believe that all stopped in the late 1990s.
