The new Supra has a noticeable extra 50 pound-feet of torque and has a quick-shifting 8 speed automatic gearbox, this means that the new model hits 60 mph a half second quicker than the old model. However, keeping in mind that these cars are built 26 Years apart, the specs are surprisingly similar. This just shows what an amazing car Toyota made in 1993.
But we all know people don't but a 1993 Toyota Supra to keep it standard, the beauty of the engine was that it was "bulletproof", this meant that people could create insane power even with its stock internals.
