Two day, two wheels, and a lot of fun on this short expedition to Breitenbush Lake, Oregon.
We left Portland, Oregon, Friday at 10am. Traveled around 84 miles, 30 of those over rough roads to arrive at Breitenbush Lake around 1:30pm. In our way there my chain came loose and tangled with the pinon, so we had to take a 30 minutes pit stop in the middle of nowhere to get it fixed. Once we set up camp we went back down to Olallie Lake just for fun. That evening we had dinner at the camp, enjoying some of those dehydrated meals we cook with filtered water from a local creek in front of our fire while admiring a beautiful clear night. The following day we had breakfast, packed and started our descent thru Detroy Lake. By 2:30pm I was back home. Quite a great short 2 day adventure!
