2-ingredient scrambled eggs that will change your life

Ingredients:

a block of salted butter and as many eggs you fancy (I count about 2 eggs per person)

Recipe:

Melt a bit of salted butter in a deep pot.

Take the pot off the heat, crack eggs in the pot . Whisk loosely with a fork.

Put back on low heat, and using a silicone spatula, just keep whisking.

1 minute in, add a big slice of butter in. When it's melted, do it again. And again and again, until the eggs look yellow and creamy.

I'm gonna be honest I usually use about half of a butter block, which is completely insane and definitely, definitely worth it.
