The problem with trying to sell this car is buyers are visual beings. People don't want a project car, they want a turn-key deal at an affordable price. I've witnessed this issue first-hand in my sales of cars and boats.
You could fix the bumper with fiberglass or find one at a scrap yard and paint it. It may cost you $400 - $600 but it will add a significant amount more value and buyers will be satisfied knowing there's nothing needed to be fixed.
If you addressed the body damage you could sell anywhere between $3,500 - $4,200. However, in its current condition no more than $1,900 would be offered.
