The F12tdf is named after the Tour de France, the French endurance race dominated by Ferrari in the 1950's and 1960's.

The 6262cc V12 has an output of 780hp at 8500rpm.

The rear wheels steer dynamically, proportionaly to the speed of the car, supposedly providing increased agility on winding roads without sacrificing high speed stability.
