2017 F1 cars in classic liveries: Sauber C36 - back to BMW
Sometimes, when I think of Sauber, the BMW-era of the team springs to mind first. This is how their 2017 contender would have looked like!

BMW bought the Sauber F1 team at the end of the 2005 season after having parted with Williams, and ran until 2009. It scored pretty impressive results for what was a midfield team, most notably finishing the 2007 season in 2nd place after McLaren's exclusion.
In 2008 Robert Kubica won the Canadian GP, a year after his horrific accident, granting the team its only victory.
I always loved the clean white, blue and red color scheme of the BMW-Saubers, much like the Williams-BMW that came before it. Wouldn't it be cool if BMW came back in F1 to challenge its arch rival Mercedes?
