Ford has unveiled pricing for the F-150 Tremor, an off-road-ready version of the new F-150 pickup truck. It will start at $51,200, but specific package pricing hasn't been detailed by the automaker. The sole purpose of the Tremor, which is also a package for the smaller Ranger pickup, is to go off-roading, so, naturally, the vehicle is packed with rugged features and equipment. It will go on sale this summer along with the 2021 Raptor.
The F-150 Tremor is powered by Ford's EcoBoost 3.5 L V6 that produces 400 horsepower and a staggering 500 lb-ft of torque. It's paired with a 10-speed automatic and shares its four-wheel drive transfer case with the Raptor. This means it can tow 10900 pounds and haul a maximum load of 1885 lbs. The main focus of the Tremor, though, is off-roading, and it accomplishes this with ease thanks to the following features: 33-inch General Grabber tires, a locking rear differential, skid plates, recovery hooks, and a plethora of Ford's trail-dominating technology.
The 2021 Ford F-150 Tremor will go on sale this summer with a price tag of $51,200.
