2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Spotted Testing on the Nürburgring
Ford's newest pony car tackles the "Green Hell"
A video by Automotive Mike on YouTube showed the new Mustang Mach 1 take on the Nürburgring. Two Mustangs were shown in the video, one in a bright yellow color and the other in a type of grey shade.
Throughout the video, the cars are seen multiple times with their engines roaring while turning in, steadying through the turn, and firing back up onto the straight. The cars also ran without camouflage and all angles of the car are visible.
In my opinion, this has got to be one of the best looking Mustangs of all time. Performance-wise, the car looks very quick and handles fairly well.
How cool is it to see this new Mustang on the Nurburgring? Check out the video:
The Mach 1 is Ford's attempt to revamp the older Mach 1 Mustang version, with multiple enhancements. The new Mach 1 has a 5.0-liter V8 engine, resulting in 480-horsepower. The engine is the same one found in the Bullitt and it uses the transmission from the Shelby GT350, and is also available with an automatic or manual.
The Mach 1 is going to have an MSRP in the low $50,000's. It will be the model in between the Mustang GT and the GT350. Ford is currently in the final stages of completing the car and deliveries are expected in Spring 2021.
