1. General Motors has released a video of the upcoming Chevy Bolt EUV's steering wheel and digital gauge cluster.
2. It will be the first Chevrolet to get GM's Super Cruise hands-free driving system.
3. The 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV will be unveiled in February with an on sale date of Summer 2021.
GM has released yet another teaser for the 2022 Bolt EUV, this time in video form. In it, the vehicle's steering wheel and Super Cruise light bar is exhibited, showing off its flashing red, blue, and green lights. The light color signifies Super Cruise's status: If it's green, Super Cruise hands-free driving is available, red means the driver is not paying attention, and blue flashes occur when the driver has taken control while Super Cruise is engaged.
The upcoming Bolt EUV will be the first Chevrolet model to boast Super Cruise, a system that made its first appearance back in 2017, on the Cadillac CT6. According to General Motors, 22 vehicles will benefit from Super Cruise by 2023.
GM has already teased the Bolt EUV's silhouette and headlight, and spy shots have been taken, however we won't fully see the new EV until next month. Both the redesigned Bolt and the new EUV variant will go into production in the Summer of this year.
