Jaguar E Type:

Now imagine a mountain pass on a sunny day. It's empty and is perfect for a car. Suddenly you hear the rumbling of a V12 engine. The next thing you see is a light blue Jaguar E Type. The very essence of beauty.

THe perfect car for the perfect place

The style and grace is perfection in a level to match its surroundings. The Jaguar E Type has a top speed of 150 mph. This beauty take 7 seconds from 0-60 mph

Pure perfection

Pure perfection

The style and beauty of this car is all thanks to a man called Malcolm Sayer. He was a aircraft engineer during wartime and later in automotive aerodynamics. His most noble work as you all know is the Jaguar E Type.

Aston Martin DB5:

Whenever you see this car you can't help but put a big smile on your face. I bet you smiling right now just thinking about it.

Look At it. Who would say no to that.

Look At it. Who would say no to that.

Nearly as beautiful as the Jaguar E Type the Aston Martin DB5 is one of the most well known cars out there ... probably.

It's pure perfection on a high level

This gem of a car mainly gained it's fame from starring in the James Bond film GoldFinger. Now the facts. The Aston Martin DB5 has a top speed of 143 mph. With it's engine giving a 282 bhp.

Ferrari F40:

Now we getting to perfection. The Ferrari F40 is probably one of the best known Ferrari's. Although it might turn heads in the city and on the road. What it was really meant for was speed.

Need for speed

Being built from 1987 to 1992 it has a top speed of 201 mph in 4.2 seconds. With it's V8 engine producing 471 hp. Being breed for speed as you can see this is no slug.

Look at it ... KING of SPEED.

Look at it ... KING of SPEED.

The Ferrari F40 in my opinion is truly the King of Speed. Well was because there are much, much, much faster modern supercars out today that can beat it. But still it's a icon in history.

Lamborghini Countach:

Probably the most famous wallpaper on the wall in the bedroom. Even though it was difficult to drive, park, expensive to own and difficult to see out of the lamborghini Countach it still is a icon. I will explain about that in just a minute.

Had a bit of ISSUES

The Lamborghini Countach has a top speed of 186 mph. it was built from 1974 to 1990. With a V12 engine producing 375 bhp.

Styled for a wallpaper

Styled for a wallpaper

The Countach was styled by Marcello Gandini of the Bertone design studio, the same designer and studio that designed the Miura. Also between 1980 and 1983, Formula One employed the Countach as its Safety Car during the Monaco Grand Prix.

  • Ok I like the list but there’s just something missing... something... American, and loud, and started a whole new type of car. Something called, the Mustang.
