So with the new season underway with the new teams like Alpine and Aston Martin I was thinking about manufactures or corporations that could also make a good fit for F1.
So the only major criteria is that they haven't been in F1 at all or haven't been in F1 recently, (which i describe as since 2000) this includes BMW, Lotus, Jag, Toyota, Honda etc. I also am trying to avoid the obvious ones, (sorry Audi and Porsche). So with that let's get into the list.
4. Airbus
Yeah, right. It is an Airplane Company you may think But it makes sense to me. For one, if they could get an exclusivity deal with F1, think about the planes they (the Series) would buy, to send the circuit across the world. Not only that but take into account that airplane aero is similar to car aero, albeit upside down, plus all the aero testing resources they have for planes, along with the fact that they can purchase or lease the engines from mercedes or ferrari make this a no-brainer to me.

3. Penske
This one i think is the least controversial and most likely to happen. We have all heard of Roger Penske, He runs a NASCAR team, V8 supercar team as well as an Indycar team and the whole Indycar series. He also has run a IMSA team up until last year, as well as a trans am team and was one of the driving factors behind Cart in the 90s. They also attempted a F1 team back in the late 70s. So it's safe to say that they are experienced . They also can adapt the turbo V6 hybrid from Indy to match the regulations for F1. They also have alliances with both Chevy in indycar and Ford in Nascar and V8 supercars as well as all the sponsors from said series that could help fund the development. So while not as exciting as the others, I do think this one is most probable.

2. Corvette
This could work wonders for Chevy's marketing division now that the 'Vette is mid-engined along with GM's supposed EV and Hybrid initiative along with Chevy's Current involvement in almost every other for of motorsport means that they have the resources and tech to develop one should they desire. Besides, now that Renault is gone there is no Yellow car on the grid, and The C8 being a world market car this is another easy choice for me.

1. Subaru
Well, there isn't any major reasoning behind this other than the fact that they have good experience with Turbos and a deep history in Rally(e). But with enough resources they could join, as well as the whole new group of car enthusiasts they would introduce into the Sport.

Airbus has no reason to establish itself in automotive marketing and building an F1 car compared to building a plane is an entirely different process, design and testing wise. As for the rest you could argue that they see no value to increase their marketing in Europe where F1 has its core of fans at the moment. Nevertheless, any automotive (or other) manufacturer would join F1 if it made even the slightest financial sense which with the current engines, it doesn't
I think Audi or Porsche should enter F1 at least as engine suppliers.
Wow, this is interesting...
No Kiran, it really isn't...
