It might, but I think they would be undermining the corvette which always needs to be the most powerful. Keep the Camaro as the working mans fun ride and weekend ripper. Make it affordable, keep it around 400 hp and most of all affordable. I think the other specs are about right as well for those that want extra juice.
No. Camaro would have been back in leading contention if for a new model they had ditched the rear quarter lights and reintroduced the C-pillar shapes from the '70 model with the quasi-wraparound rear window instead of redisigning the nose every time a Transformers movie was released but, unfortunately, it is probably too little too late now.
