900+HP OF PORSCHE TURBOCHARGED POWER UP PIKES PEAK

Named as Porsche 911 Turbo S GT3R America Cup as it uses parts from all of those versions of the 991-gen Porsche model, this was PCS Motorsport´s Monster on this year´s edition of Pikes Peak Hill Climb.

Driver was a Porsche Legend by himself, David Donohue, son of the great Mark Donohue, and a former Le Mans and Daytona winner. He was also the designer of the radical front splitter this machine used. In order to cope with the demands of Pikes Peak and the power loss provoked by the altitude, this version packed more than 900Hp of Turbocharged power, 4wd for superior traction and improved aerodynamic features (like the previously mentioned splitter) to keep all the power on the ground as air became thicker on the top parts of the Mountain. And the work by COBB Tuning and PCS Motorsports was pretty successful as on the first time both this machine and its driver attacked the Legendary event, they achieved a fantastic 9:49.954. Expect this car/driver combo to attack Pikes Peak once again next year to break the Time Attack Class Record.
