A couple toys we keep out at my dads place in the country. 2005 Kawasaki KLX125, two 2006 Suzuki DRZ125,'s and a JR50. The yellow DR is mine, the black one is my brothers. The Kawasaki is the "farm bike". The JR is for the kids to learn on.

  • You're about 100 pounds heavier than me, but I'm only 5'8". My brother is about the same height as me, but he weighs about 125lbs on a good day. My dad's place isn't far from Commercial Point, he's in Brown County, just outside Georgetown. But he doesn't farm his land, he just likes the solitude. It's 125 acres at the end of a dead end road, at the end of a ridge. Most of the land is hillside and trees, not good for farming. Good for dirtbikes and hunting! He used to lease out the tobacco base, but the family that did it cut back last year.

  • I'm like your brother in age and around 260 in weight and still find the DRZ 125 a fun little bike when toying around. 100 plus acres of your father's farm sounds fun and a lot of work. My nephew and his father farm around 3000 acres in Commercial Point, Ohio but I doubt they'll let me have the run of the place with a dirt bike

  • You're right, it is a KLX, I missed that before I posted! Edited! Under the plastic it is a DRZ, it even has a stamp that says "Manufactured by Suzuki" or something similar. I'm 45, my brother is almost 50, and these are great for what we do. My dad has 125 acres of land and we ride all over the property.

  • Nice little family setup you have there. It looks like the kawasaki is a KLX which would make it the brother of the DRZ with the exception of the plastics. Very user friendly and supra singly capable for larger riders.
