There's nothing quite like them. Next to an ordinary car, a space ship is lightyears away from replicating even a tiny amount of that car's characteristics. But would that be the same if it was compared to this?
The Extra-Terrestrial Vehicle.
Built by a man called Micheal Vetter, it's a one-of-a-kind creation that's unlike anything you'd otherwise see on the road. If you saw the Extra-Terrestrial Vehicle out on the street, it would be hard not to think that the aliens had finally arrived on earth. Designed to look like a 'Grey Sneaker', everything from the wheels to the hinges are designed to fit against the body for a smooth and streamlined look.
Although being rather reminiscent to a space ship, you won't be traveling through galaxies at a gazillion miles an hour anytime soon, as its source of power consists of a 2.2-litre Chevy engine that produces 270bhp. But let's not get bogged down with the numbers, because they'll never quite achieve that wow-factor which the aesthetics of this car simply oozes with anyway. I mean, just look at it!
The ETV has elevated door hinges, mounted cameras for easy parking and LED lighting that changes color. Even the vents change color, creating a type of color show that's suitable for some midnight cruising through the streets of Tokyo!
In short, Micheal Vetter wanted to create something special. Something out of the ordinary. Something different. And different it was!
Well... you can't. The ETV was sold in 2013 to an exotic car dealer in New Jersey for a whopping 100.000 dollars.
