- The Golf R

Well To Start, It Looks Great!

I like the way that VW have kept the VW spirit instead of taking a risk and attempting to create something new, something ugly. It's so simple. Just look at it. Yes it has a quad exhaust and it sounds incredible but, it doesn't look like it's about to start drifting around London. You can tell it is practical too! It has 4 doors, a large boot and, how do I put this. SPEED AND POWER! I think the way the car is put together, like the position of the grill, the number plate etc. It all adds up. You might think 'well it isn't that hard, Ford do it, Peugeot do it' but it is. Land Rover failed at it. The composition of the car and its angular boxy car is what make it so simple. Most of all, it's so easily modifiable. It's a car that can be kept as simple as a wall but can be made as complex as an enzyme. It's all up to you. You can change the roof, put new exhausts on but no matter what, it's a VW. Now if we look at the VW from the perspective of a mother then it's perfect. Plenty of room is given, 5 seats are given. What more could you want! It's a boxy car let's face it, but I love it. The Golf GTI is equally as good too. It's just longer and chunkier and doesn't come with so much SPEED AND POWER!!! I love the rims too, they are a masterpiece. The tires are actually off-roaders, racers and waters. That's like F1, Dirt Rally and Drag racing combined, it's incredible. It looks perfect from top to bottom!

Golf R rear

Oh that rear end is awesome. That quad exhaust is what I look for in a car. It seals the deal. This is honestly the best hatchback in history. On the rear end it's very boxy; and I like that. The electric Golf will be nowhere as close to any of the Golfs in history. I also have to point out how smooth that side looks!

Interior

I was astonished when I saw the interior. Now, I'm not going to lie, for a mother, the interior is very complex. In that matter of it is full of buttons. It has the classic fancy seats that every new spec has on them, in this case, you guessed it's, an R. The driver's seat is a bit messy. It's so complex and there are numbers everywhere. This is more complex than the Lamborghini Centenario. The centre-console is also very complex. The screen is touch but is full of buttons. Just as I wanted, the Golf R has the beautiful gear stick. Thank god for that, no shifters here sorry! Who am I kidding I love manual, stay classic Golf!
