  • I actually have the van version of this car! Massive fun to drive! The watercooled engines didnt actually start until the second generation. This car looks like a Kouki model first generation (1967 to 1969). The De-luxe model added pretty minor stuff like trim and doilies, but the engine was the same ME24 air cooled two stroke twin with oil injection.

    So cool to know mine isn't the only one on the road still!
