Ferrari looked to have qualifying all sewn up, popular opinion was that they had been sandbagging during practice but when it came to it, they were out-sandbagged by Mercedes with Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas going into warp factor ten and locking out the front row.
The Ferrari pair of Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen were next up with Red Bull's Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo hot on their heels.

Yeah, that little spat between Horner and Brundle was awkward to listen to. And the post qualifying interview was terrible.
