A Tesla protestor has been dragged away and kicked out of the Shanghai Auto Show
And she was standing on top of a Model 3...
An unhappy Tesla owner has been kicked out of the Shanghai Auto Show because she was protesting by standing on top of one of the Model 3s on show.
Reports and videos have gone viral showing the protest in action as a lady stands on top of a Model 3 at the Shanghai Auto Show and shouts to the crowd. It is unknown at this stage what the lady was upset about, but we believe it is to do with a known case already in the public domain.
The woman can be seen wearing a t-shirt which reportedly reads "Brake Lost Control" or "car brakes don't work." The woman was also reportedly shouting "Tesla brake lost control."
According to Bloomberg, the security guards attempted to hide the message on her shirt by using umbrellas. However, this didn't work and they ended up having to drag her away from the scene.
The Bloomberg article explains that Tesla is already aware of this protestor and that she's already known for protesting against Tesla. Apparently she started by live-streaming her concerns near Tesla's booth at the Shanghai show before deciding to climb on top of the car.
Unfortunately, we do not know much more about the situation at this stage, but will keep you updated as the plot thickens.
