A THRILLING BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX SUMMED UP IN 16 TWEETS!
Sebastian does it again, Lewis on the backfoot...
That was one top race from the Bahrain International Circuit, so often the scene of a snore-fest, but not on this occasion.
It was a shocker of a day for Red Bull, with both cars out just after the start but their junior team, Toro Rosso Honda, had a stellar race, as newbie Pierre Gasly finished an amazing fourth, the best result for Honda since their return to F1.
Ferrari main man Sebastian Vettel drove a blinder, winning on bald tyres, chased to the flag by the Mercedes pair of Valtteri Bottas and an out-of-sorts Lewis Hamilton.
We had 42 overtakes in the first ten laps.
If this race is a taster for the rest of the year, when we get to some seriously good tracks, then bring it on!
