Al Tayer Motors wins the Chairman's Award 2019
Owing to its conscious commitment to customer satisfaction, Al Tayer Motors has achieved this feat.

Al Tayer Motors, the official importer of Ford cars and trucks and Lincoln vehicles in the UAE has received Ford's prestigious 'The Chairman Award' for the year 2019-20.
To ascertain who is worthy of such an accolade, Ford evaluates the number of customer satisfaction points taking 50 global markets into account. The dealer which tops the chart is crowned with such a distinguished approbation. In addition to this, the company also won 'The President's Award for Sales and Service,' 2019.
The Chairman's Award trophy was presented by Randy Krieger, President, Ford Direct Markets to Ashok Khanna, Chief Executive Officer, Al Tayer Motors.

There are a slew of parameters the dealers are judged such as sales and service customer satisfaction indexes as well as vehicle and part sales achievements which record scores given to the dealership by Ford's customers for the entire year.

In the wake of the pandemic, Al Tayer Motors has focussed with rapt attention on contact-less service and has launched an app called Live Chat which allows customers to chat with company execs for any car purchase, sales enquiry and more. They have also incorporated a tab on their website which allows customers to purchase their preferred vehicle online. Every process such as a conclave with sales representatives, documentation and delivery location is integrated through the website. These enhanced measures are likely to provide a fillip to their efforts in being as sensitive to the consumer needs as possible.
