Apollo IE's 3D Printed Exhaust Tip Costs More Than A Porsche Cayman!

1y ago

Apollo IE was unveiled globally last month. Only 10 units of this hypercar will ever be produced. This carbon fibre work of art is going to be powered by a 6.3 litre naturally aspirated V12 engine which will produce 780hp and 760Nm of torque. Another exciting part is its engine will peak out at 9000rpm!!

This limited edition hypercar is priced at around $2.7 Million! Naturally, everything associated with the production of this car is going to be slightly expensive. For example its triple exit 3D printed exhaust tip is believed to cost around €60,000!! You can buy a Porsche 718 Cayman S for a price which is less than that!

In this new era of turbo charging and facelifts, the Intensa Emozione brings a breeze of fresh air both in terms of design and powertrain. Apollo have decided to stick to their motto of making driver focused, light weight high performance cars.

    • It is probably not plastic exhaust made with some cheap 3D printer. Also 3D technologies can be very diferent than usualy presented in the news. I would guess there is used SLS or SLM...
