Are cars developed on the Nürburgring good?
  • Yes! Everything that is developed there is awesome!

  • Some are, some aren't. A car meant for luxury and comfort shouldn't go on the nurb to make the best lap time, because it ruins the comfort, brands want to be the fastest as possible, james may was right about that

    • Yeah like who would ever buy a Panamera over its competitors because its the fastest executive sedan on the ring. But if it was sports cars then I would understand.

  • I guess it’s what you are using the “track” for. If you using it to fine tune comfort for road conditions and elevations and minimising g forces for executive cars etc I’m sure it would be great having to tackle all those conditions. As for if you are using it to chase lap times, then yes you will end up with an intoxicatingly fast car that most mere mortals would not be able to handle but it will be compromised in other areas

      Although our Tahoe PPV (police patrol vehicle) could use some stiffening , run that sucker down the ring lol
