At least the interior of the new BMW M3 and M4 is really nice

The standard and Competition M3 and M4s are coming with some serious interior options.

Everyone is letting their opinions known about the look of the front of the new BMW M3 and M4, but the interior might save face.

Perhaps the most notable and welcome option is the beautiful M carbon bucket seats. The seats have carbon fiber in the structure and on display across the whole rear of the seat. The seats save 21 pounds over standard M sport seats and more welcome they allow the driver to be lower in the vehicle than the standard M sport seats.

Another great addition carbon feature for cars with the optional carbon fiber interior trim is the carbon paddle shifters. The "+" and "-" are in red and the back of the paddle features a nice red grip.

Speaking of red, the fighter jet weapons launch button red ///M buttons are readily available on the left and right of the wheel for your M1 and M2 buttons. A nice matching red start/stop button rounds out the red accents that caught our eye.

In regards to tech, the 2021 BMW M3 and M4s feature BMW Live Cockpit Professional out of the box. The gauge cluster is a 12.3 inch screen while 10.25 inch screen will carry the world load as your center display which will be controlled by iDrive 7.

  • The best part about the interior is that when you're sitting in there you don't have to look at the grille.

  • Interior looks like a place for serious business to happen. The exterior, however, is an endless sources of internet jokes and fun for everyone!
