At the Monte Carlo Rally in 1964 a Reliant Sabre Six Sabre over the edge of a mountain, rolled 80ft down a scree slope and both drivers got out with just a few cuts and bruises. That was thanks to a fibreglass body, a metal body could have had quite different results.
