Auto Dyson: patents for its first EV car
A series of patents, recently made public, also include diagrams that show it similar to a Range Rover. Nevertheless, James Dyson has clearly expressed that he is not revealing details or what it really will be. Instead, he prefers to show an androgynous vehicle and give a taste of the creative phase. The company aims to use it as a plan to introduce advances in aerodynamics and efficiency.
The vehicle will probably be the size of a normal car. As stated by Dyson in the note, the company is not following the design of other EV brands. The EV could also have large wheels to make it easy and efficient to drive both in the city and on uneven ground.
While we may have to wait a little longer before seeing the prototype, according to rumors, the company has invested billions in the project that already has 500 employees. It will probably be produced in a facility in Singapore and sold by Dyson himself.
The details remain scarce despite the sketches, but the note will be increased and the EV will be launched in 2021.
